Do you offer international shipping?

We primarily offer shipping in Canada and the US but are willing to ship overseas if shipping fee is paid by customer. 

What is your return policy?

We have a 14 day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase. You can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. 

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

How do I find my size?
Authenticity garments are marked on the website as true to size, relaxed, vanity, oversized, fitted, or size up/ size down. 
Customs and Duties
Please be aware that some orders maybe subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These fees are responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. It’s important to check with your local customs authorities for information on potential fees. 
What is the best way to take care of my Authenticity Items?
For the best care of your Authenticity items please dry clean, wash and dry on delicate or permanent press.
